Abstract
The F1 , F2, backcross and selfed generations of a five parent complete diallel cross of common wheat (tritici aestivum L.) were used as materials in
the study . the experimental data for two locations were analysed with respect to general and specific combining ability. The inter-location effects were assessed by factorial ANOVA and stability of five cultivars over two locations was evaluated through regression analysis.
