GROWTH, NODULATION AND VAM COLONIZATION RESPONSE OF VIGNA RADIATA (L.) WILCZEK TO CO-INOCULATION OF BIOPOWER AND EFFECTIVE MICROORGANISMS (EM)
Abstract
A pot experiment was conducted to study response of plant growth. nodulation and vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal (VIM) colonization to co-noculation of Biopour (BP) and Effective Triform green manure (GiM) amended soils. Maximum VAM colonization, nodulation and growth were enhanced yield in the presence of organic amendments. Nitrogen content of shoot was significantly increased by co-inoculation of BP and EM in the presence of FYM. VAM colonization was stimulated by co-moculation of EM and BP in the presence of organic amendments.
